ServiceInfo
Most of the DeiC services use ServiceInfo to keep users informed about outages, planned downtime and other operations status information. Users choose what services they want to receive information about. The receive messages via e-mail.
Besides DeiC, other service providers such as universities may also use ServiceInfo.
