Downtime due to service

Connect can be used 24 hours a day

The Adobe Connect service at DeiC can be accessed 24 hours a day, as the servers are being backed up seemlessly. 

Service during 7.00-7.45 CET/CEST

Typically, upgrades of application and system software etc. will take place between 7.00 and 8.00 am CET/CEST. This is the time of least activity on the Connect servers. You can still use the Connect service during this time, as the service continues during upgrades.

Downtime notifications

Service windows and downtime will be communicated via ServiceInfo:

We advise all users to subscribe to service notications at ServiceInfo.

If the Connect service is hit by unplanned downtime, an automatic page with contact information will be shown to the users instead of the logon page.
